Work Package 3 – User Involvement and Keyboard Designs

Focuses on the process and procedures for the recruitment and participation of users who are deaf in the design process and the design and development of sign language alphabet keyboards.

Deliverables:

• Report on user requirements and needs (due month 4)
• 2D and 3D Designs for new and existing sign language alphabet keyboards (due month 13)

Work Package 4 – Cloud-based System and Mobile Applications

Focuses on the development of the database infrastructure for the GIFs, the querying module of the backend system, and the Android and iOS mobile apps.

• System Specification report (due month 10)
